ULTIMATE CITI WARRANTY TERMS

1. All brand new, non-consumable items purchased at our store may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within seven (7) days of purchase.
2. Any returns must be unopened, unused & in original factory sealed condition as when originally purchased.
3. Your original receipt or your Ultimate Citi account info and a valid form of identification are required to receive a refund. Once approved, credit card transactions will be refunded to your original credit card. All other transactions will be refunded via Cash or Cheque.
4. Items purchased at our store are warranted against manufacturer defects as outlined: -
   1. Computers, Computer Components, DVRs, Cameras – One (1) Year Limited Warranty
   2. Networking Equipment & Printers – One (1) Year Limited Warranty
   3. Tablets – Ninety (90) days; Computer Accessories - 30 days
   4. Gaming chairs – Ninety (90) days Projectors
   5. Projector Bulbs - Sixty (60) days
5. Warranty items must be returned in original packaging. Cosmetic damages not covered. Electronics must be protected by a UPS or surge protector.
6. All sales final for software, games, camera power supplies, batteries and other similar items and consumables such as but not limited to inks, toners, paper etc.
7. Any item returned after seven (7) days may be subject to a 15% restocking fee 8. Goods or parts that have been subject to abuse, misuse, accident, alteration, neglect, physical damage, unauthorized repair or installation will void any warranty.
8. This warranty does not cover software and viruses
